Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumpys.shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Our Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our store.

Return Period

You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has quality issues.

Return or Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in new, unused, and in its original packaging and condition as received.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise deemed unacceptable by Lumpys.shop will not be accepted.
  • Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To arrange a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product information
    • Reason for the return or exchange
    • Preference for a refund or exchange
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return processing details, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Details

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents before shipping.
  • Contact us at contact@Lumpys.shop before returning the item to receive detailed instructions, including the warehouse return address.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of submission. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accept cancellations or changes before the order is shipped.

Customer Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product in our returns processing warehouse, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 2 business weeks (excluding holidays or weekends). This process is contingent on the product being in new and unused condition.

Lumpys.shop is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return Processing Center or show delivered based on your return tracking number. Please retain proof of postage and ensure you have a tracking number for your return shipment. We cannot provide a refund for products without proof of delivery.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasionally products may arrive damaged. If your items arrive faulty, broken, or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund for these items. For damaged items returned for a refund, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please complete this process within 30 days of your delivery date.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to:

  • Define and limit returns from customers at any time, including those with an irregular or excessive returns history.
  • Refuse returns due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Request clarification through photos or video content to better understand the reason for return.
